When I started blogging couple of years back, I was a newbie. I still am a newbie :) It was then I started reading blogs for the first time and started exploring a new blog each day. I read Raj who blogged at 'A beautiful Mind'. He doesn't write these days. You should write, Raj. We miss you!! One day, he has written a guest post for another popular blogger. I hopped over and enjoyed the post. Then a cartoon of an old lady with a rolling pin grabbed my attention. I checked her blog and was glued. You guys must have your guesses right by now. Yes, I landed in the wonderland of Zephyr.
She is someone who needs no introduction in the blog world. I fell in love with her L&M Series on day one and was hooked. As days were passing by finding new blogs and making new friends, another blogger friend Bhavana was on her India Darshan and passed my wishes to her.
From then, we got connected and the connection only grew stronger. She is a woman with loads of wisdom. Each of her blog post carries her in depth knowledge on the topic she is writing, a wise message warmly told and lot of food for thought. Somehow, I fail in words to describe her.
I fondly call her Big Mommy for all the wonderful pieces of advice she gives like a mother. Be it books, blogs, kids, work, spouse or a social cause, she can load you with her wisdom on anything. She tries to sound like an old grandma, but she is not. If many of you didn't know she is a Published author of National Book Trust. She has two Books to her credit. Yet, she is too modest to publicize her books.
When I started blogging, I never expected to make any friends or friendships or any relations with people I don't know. But this readership turned into relationship is a wonderful thing that god only planned. I feel really glad and blessed to have crossed paths with you, BM. I am waiting for that day to eagerly meet you. You are surely a Zephyr!!!
